Personalised Dietary Assessment
Before your appointment, you will complete:
- A Health Check Form
- A Food Diary
The food diary allows us to review the foods you eat regularly and identify those that may contribute to food sensitivities or histamine reactions.
Based on this information, you will receive:
- Recommendations for foods to avoid or reduce
- Suggestions for foods to include more often
- Practical dietary substitutions for less reactive foods
All recommendations are based on over 20 years of experience working with individuals who experience food sensitivities and dietary reactions, along with practical experience using NAET testing and treatments.
After Your Consultation
Following your appointment, you will have a a carbon copy of:
- Personalised dietary guidance
- Foods to include in your diet
- Foods and foods group that may be contributing to reactions
- Suggested alternatives to support your health, with some extra supplements with appropriate

Cancellation Policy
Appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.
