Stillness in movement. Craniosacral therapy unwinding

What do I mean with this? Well the fascia of the body is the connection to the entire body, from the head down to the feet. When there is a lot of stress, or tightness somewhere in the body, then the fascia is tight. When the nervous system is active all the time, than there is tension in the entire fascia.

What does craniosacral therapy unwinding do? Well the therapist connects to the fascia and the body system itself start unwinding, and freeing the system from possible physical or emotional trauma, small or big, and only when the person is ready.

When the person is on constant stress mode, the system unwinding the fascia and the tightness in the body and head, so that the stress mode comes down, the heartbeat reduces, the blood pressure goes down, the entire system goes into a flow state and health state from the head to the toes.

For babies, it starts to get them in a more peaceful state of mind and allows them to be in a flow from the start of their lives. It allows them to be with less colic, reflux, and going to the poo in a normal way without straining. Allows them to sleep in a more peaceful way.

In adults when they reach the more balanced way of the body system, then they enter a state of stillness after the movement and the person reaches a state of flow with their lives.
