Cranio-Sacral Therapy for bloating

As a nutritionist I work a lot with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) people. I have found that in my 14 years of experience that many symptoms of bloating is due to food intolerance, allergies and masked sensitivities. A percentage is due to intestinal tract being full of unfriendly bacteria and little good bacteria. Quite often the so called leaky gut, which will let complex food into the blood stream is the problem. This ends up by having the immune system not recognising the complex food and therefore attacks it as it would be an enemy. Many times though even after all is well and repaired some bloating stays and quite often with sessions of cranio-sacral therapy goes and rarely comes back.

I have seen many bloating and rumbling of the intestinal tract being due to emotional upset and or past trauma that has not been dealt with, which it means the body and mind needs to deal with in some. Sometimes counselling is good and sometimes the body and the mind and soul needs to be integrated before it can work.

CST will include all that, once the body/mind is integrated than life seems to be easier and happier for the individual. It is hard work before that though as the soul might be carrying some trauma or emotional upset that the body and mind does not want to deal with. Quite often the people I see are ready to heal and therefore to be connected to their body and soul, sometimes they are not, the beauty of the CST is that things will come out on the surface only when the person is ready to deal with it.

Quite often a trust between the therapist and the person is needed for that to surface. Once that is established than all can be dealt with professionally and compassionately for the highest good of the person and family involved. CST is a very gentle and very powerful therapy which has changed the lives of many people I worked with and had a positive start for many babies paving the way for a positive life with the immune system working at its best. Illness or disease might happen still but they will be dealt by the immune system quickly and swiftly which is the way it should be!
