Nutritional Fertility tips for both men and women:
Having a baby is the most natural thing in the world. Many couple can easily get pregnant with no problems at all and others they need to work a bit more with more help nutritionally and emotionally too. The following nutrients are some of the essential ones to get increasing the fertility rate in a more natural way:
• For women are: zinc, vitamin C, essential fatty acid, iron, iodine, anti-oxidant, protein, other minerals from water and greens. Mucusal pH also important for both men and women. .
• For men are: zinc, selenium, vitamin C, essential fatty acid iron, iodine, anti-oxidant, protein, other minerals from greens and water.
• Two other nutrients that are essential for both women and men for fertility is methylation with methyl-folate (one of the form of folic acid) and B12 which is mostly found in animal sources, the vegetarian source is not absorbed or used by the body (yeast products contain some absorbable B12 and some seaweeds).

You found all the nutrients above from eating a varied diet full of greens, colourful fruits, good quality proteins, good quality essential oils for both vegetarian and non- vegetarian.
When I say emotionally as well, it is a combination on how well the men and women cope with stress and other emotional feelings as that could affect fertility in both men and women.
Some people may need to reduce their stress level with various therapies or relaxing classes or just learn to cope with stress in a different way.
Some people needs a complete switch off from their very busy schedule and life and the amount of input in their life as well.
Some of the things that can be done re :
• Switching the phones and computer off after work if you do not need it

• Swimming
• Walking in parks or in nature
• Pilates
• Yoga
Therapies such as:
