
Why should I become a member?
Our aim is to take pre and post natal care to the next level.
For hopeful parents we offer fertility support with acupuncture, massage,
chinese herbal medicine, aromatherapy, homeopathy, hypnotherapy,
reflexology, nutrition and fitness.
These treatments can also help you throughout your pregnancy along with a variety of
antenatal classes, pilates, yoga, and local doula access to help you prepare for birth
confidently and calmly.
After your baby is born, we offer breastfeeding support, post natal doula support,
support groups for mums & dads, baby yoga and massage (and for the parents too!),
first aid for parents, cranio-sacral therapy for you and baby… the list is endless and that’s
just us!
By joining Born Together you can become part of a local community at a similar stage in
life. We all know how we thrive when we share ideas, worries and advice, and that’s
never more important than when you’re trying for, growing,and raising a family.

STORE. Alternatively you can call The Well Garden on 0203 095 9735 or pop in to see us
and join in person.
How much does membership cost?
£60 for the year, £5 per month – you’re free to choose the payment method that suits
you best
I’ve purchased my membership online, what happens now?
Welcome!
You’ll receive confirmation of your membership along with your membership card. You’ll
use this to check in for classes and for discounts at The Well Garden, The Russet and
Born online so keep it safe. Take a look at our timetable for suitable classes, the directory
of Born Together therapists and groups and we look forward to welcoming you!
How can I make the most of my membership?
Join in! Come along and try some classes, nurture your body with the
many therapies on offer, get to know your fellow Born Together
community at the regular monthly get togethers, come and chat with
therapists and experts
Will I receive a newsletter to keep me up to date?
Yes, there’s a monthly newsletter with guest blogs by our therapists, special offers and
news. You can keep up to date with latest goings on daily on our Facebook page and
most of the therapists have websites and a social media presence so you’ll never be
short of support and information.
Is there a forum where I can ask for help? How do I get involved in this?
Yes. As soon as you join Born Together you’ll be invited to join the closed, private
Facebook group which will connect you with our therapists and experts for help and
support, whatever you need, whenever you need it.

How do I find out what treatments are right for me and my child?
You can speak with the Well Garden receptionists for advice and all our therapists are
happy to discuss any concerns you might have and point you in the right direction if
another member of our team might be better suited to you.
How do I meet other people in the same stage of their family life as me?
Antenatally you’ll meet expectant parents at our antenatal classes – Hypnobirthing with
Katrina Berry and Active Birth workshops with doula Sue Boughton, at pregnancy yoga
and pilates, and at the weekly drop ins and monthly get together. We have close ties
with the Positive Birth Movement and local home birth support groups too. Many who
meet during pregnancy stay firm friends as their children grow.
Nutritional advice for pregnancy and fertility as well as Cranio-Sacral Therapy for mums and babies done by Maria Esposito BSc (Hons).
For those already with children we have baby massage, baby yoga (just for dads), mum
and baby yoga, post natal pilates; plus there’s weekly and monthly get together for all.
Is the membership valid for my whole family?
Yes. Born Together is all about community and family so membership is for you all!
What other venues is my membership valid at?
Joining Born Together not only brings the benefit of 10% discounts on all courses,
classes, workshops etc it’s also valid at The Russet and Born online store.
