Tofu Burgers (wheat free)

Tofu Burgers

These are very versatile as they can also be baked in the

oven as nibbles once shaped into balls and rolled in sesame seeds (preferably roasted).

Equal amounts of:

s   tofu,

s   courgettes,

s   carrots

s   spring onions or onions

Grate the tofu and leave in a sieve to drain off the excess water.  Grate the vegetables (easier in a food blender, the finer they are grated, the less likely the burgers are to fall apart) Mix the above in a bowl, add pepper. Chop coriander and add into the mix. Form into balls/ burgers. Grill, fry or bake in the oven, until warm through or brown on the outside.
