Weight loss through mindfulness eating, mindfulness living, nutrition and craniosacral therapy in 8 weeks.

The changes will be drastic and very rewarding as mentally and physically you will be changing the way you think about food, the choices you will make will be with a present mind and conscious about your eating habit. You will get in touch with your own state of mind and emotions, so that you do not use your food as an emotional escape.

The saying “You are what you eat”, is valid as if you consciously see what you are eating, then your internal state of mind will change and start healing your body, mind and soul.

The mindfulness eating is combined with craniosacral sessions, which is a powerful but gentle way of healing your body and mind from childhood beliefs, trauma and old way of being, with mindfulness meditation of about 10 minutes each day, as well as mindfulness exercise such as choosing the food, eating the food in a certain manner to slow down and see what you are actually eating. Mindfulness shopping and mindfulness way of being. Being more present in your life, will mean living your life in a more positive way. Being conscious of how you feel at any given time, will stop you from choosing unhealthy food that are empty calories and nutritionally void.

The first consultation will be 1 hour and half, and it will include a mindfulness eating meditation and nutritionally suggestions for mindfulness shopping, as well as 20 minutes of craniosacral therapy to set you on a good start!

You will be send some mindful exercises to do during the week to keep you going!
