Brain and Heart connection with a more confident and happy baby through craniosacral therapy

Babies are connecting very much to their mothers, what the mother feels, the babies will feel.

If the mother is stressed out during pregnancy the baby will be too, even after they are born.

If the mother listens to relaxing music during the day or any other time in the evening, then those relaxing hormones will be around more often, which it means that the baby is more relaxed than ever when they come out.

Also, babies do feel their parents love through touch on the belly, through words, singing, talking. As voices and words are made of frequency and tonality, the baby will recognize that once they are born. I mentioned in my past blogs that if you read the same book to the baby during pregnancy, the baby will recognise that book once they are born.

Once the baby is born, the brain or neurons have not yet developed, they will be developing up to 2 years of age and then completely up to 5 years of age.

It seems that the most important factor in a healthy brain, is love and connection with love. Or mainly a good positive connection with the mother or father or any other loving family member.

Did you know that the physical heart is also considered the compassionate brain?

The reason why is that the heart is made of 60 % neurons and they are all connecting to the brain, specifically to the pre-frontal cortex. The prefrontal cortex is the brain that connects to the world around us and the one that is connecting to more feeling good.

So if the baby up to 5 years old is well connecting with the mother and anybody else around them with love and compassion and positive interactions, then their lives will be connecting very much to positive life patterns filled with confidence and love for themselves and others.

My point is, if you and the baby had a traumatic pregnancy or birth/labour then is good to rebalance that with a sense of security and peace through craniosacral therapy for the baby and the mother!
