Craniosacral therapy and NLP similarity

Recently I have been to an NLP training course again, just because I like it and because there are few tools that I would like to use from them. Every time I do a workshop in NLP I can see clearly how similar is to craniosacral therapy. Neuro linguistic programming, for who ever is unfamiliar with NLP, is a method that can change the way you perceive the world or it gets rid of some phobias. Again, very similar to NAET method that I use and CST. The common things that these therapies have with each other is working with the unconscious mind very much so that the conscious mind can be aware of any feelings, negative or positive, trauma, and patterns that the body and mind have, so that the person can deal with them in a logical way and get on with their lives. CST involves the body system and not only the unconscious mind but they are both very powerful therapies. I know and I think my clients know by now that our mind is a very powerful tool, it can either heal us or kill us! A part from physical trauma, quite often our mind can cause our own illness, and it is our own mind that can heal that illness if we give it a chance. Some disorders or diseases are genetic and not part of our minds of course, and my opinion is what trigger that negative gene? Again, this is not for every disease or disorders and it is not for everything that we have or catch. I think, maybe 20 to 50% of the illness comes from our mind, the rest is from other causes.
